Sterling Chapman is the Founder & President of Crestworth Capital, Host of The Rent Roll Radio Show, Co-host of the Red Stick Real Estate Investors Group, and the Founder & CEO of Crestworth Property Management.
Sterling began purchasing, renovating, and managing single family and small multi-family properties in 2018. After amassing a sizable rental portfolio, he began flipping houses and raising capital and buying apartment complexes.
In 2023, Sterling decided to take matters into his own hands and created Crestworth Property Management to serve other property owners in the Baton Rouge metropolitan area. Over the past 5 years he has acquired unparalleled knowledge and experience in the world of real estate making him the perfect fit as CEO. Ventures dealing with large multi-family complexes, single family homes, and small multi-family properties have positioned Sterling and Crestworth Property Management to provide service to owners and tenants alike where other property managers have failed.
Tenisha Forest is an accomplished professional offering over a decade of property management experience. In 2014 she started her career as a Leasing Consultant and began training as an Assistant Property Manager. In 2019 Tenisha accepted the position of Property Manager where she successfully leased and managed a new development with 300+ units, trained employees, and managed multiple properties in southern Louisiana.
After years in the multi-family industry Tenisha joined Crestworth at the beginning of 2023 to continue her career as a Property Manager. While at Crestworth Property Management, Tenisha obtained her real estate license and is now a licensed real estate agent in the state of Louisiana.
Tenisha is looking forward to providing management services to a variety of clients. Her focus is delivering strong financial results, cost saving strategies, resource management, and excellent customer service.
Cole McKnight, born and raised in Baton Rouge, has been involved in real estate for the past 3 years. He was a student-athlete who earned a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing as well as a Master in Business Administration from the University of Louisiana Monroe. While attending school, Cole met his mentor, who first introduced him to the world of real estate investing. Upon graduating, he moved back to Baton Rouge and immediately began working for Crestworth as the Director of Marketing. Through the creation and advancement of Crestworth Property Management, he has operated as Quality Control and served as Assistant Property Manager. Cole is involved heavily in both the Capital and Property Management divisions of the company.
Ben, a Finance student at Louisiana State University, has been the catalyst for Crestworth Property Management’s leasing success. Ben began working at Crestworth in October of 2023 as an intern but quickly earned a promotion to Leasing Agent. Through his special attention to efficiency and satisfaction for both tenants and owners alike, Ben has since leased over 30 units, eliminating vacancies for our investors.
Jame’ Robinson, Vice President of the Louisiana State University Real Estate Association, is a junior at Louisiana State University and an active member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Passionate about real estate, Jame’ is dedicated to expanding her knowledge and network in the field through active leadership and participation in these organizations. She joined the team at Crestworth in the summer of 2024 to assist in property management operations.
Herman joined the team in the middle of 2023 cleaning vacant units and making sure they were move-in ready. Since then, he has taken on a permanent role as Maintenance Supervisor, overseeing our Techs and the completion of Service Requests submitted by our tenants.
Bryan joined the team in late 2023 after retiring from Entergy after 30+ years of working for the Gas Department. He began completing maintenance requests as a Tech and in March of 2024 transitioned to spend more time doing office centralized work. He oversees all work on vacant units, assists in tasks around the office, and helps with material takeoff for larger projects.
